Rooms very tastefully decorated. Our meal was delicious

No lift available. There were a lot of noise from people in rooms next to us during the night. I was feeling shattered next morning 😏

Very friendly and efficient staff,eager to help. The room was spotless clean. Food was excellent.great location. We had a lovely time.

Good location. Friendly service and good value.

Room was very tight and the wall lights above the bed did not work (flickered briefly and then went off). Shower did not get properly hot.

Our room cleaner needs a well done. Friendly., polite and done a fantastic job.

As we were only there mon- Thursday it wasa shame we never got to try Nellie’s.

Really great efficient and cheerful staff especially in breakfast area. Bar area is great. Didn't get a chance to have food as late finish with work. It says 3 star but can't be far off a 4 star. I will stay again.

Rooms very noisy when people walking around above you.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Every request was done quickly. They took the time to chat and give advice on what to do in the local area.
