Our room cleaner needs a well done. Friendly., polite and done a fantastic job.

As we were only there mon- Thursday it wasa shame we never got to try Nellie’s.

Really great efficient and cheerful staff especially in breakfast area. Bar area is great. Didn't get a chance to have food as late finish with work. It says 3 star but can't be far off a 4 star. I will stay again.

Rooms very noisy when people walking around above you.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Every request was done quickly. They took the time to chat and give advice on what to do in the local area.

Lovely hotel very central staff very nice

The noise as the hotel is on the main street on the first night a young group were outside making alot of noise till after 3 in morning

Everything it was fantastic the accommodation was beautiful and clean and the breakfast and service was outstanding 👍And the entertainment music was delightful and the staff was very friendly I would definitely stay at Marcy Hotel again .. The stars for rating the Hotel are not easy to press on I could only get one to come on so it’s a 5/5 . Thank you so much I really enjoyed my stay I wish you all the best from Christina Lynn ☘️☘️

Bar closed on Monday & Tuesday I was disappointed but receptionists did help with nice restaurants across the street . But other than that loved it , rooms very warm but open window solved that , but yeah had a comfortable night , rooms tidy and very clean , all staff fantastic including cleaning ladies very very friendly 😀
