What time is breakfast served?

Made to order breakfast is served daily at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 10:00am
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 7:00am – 11:00am

Is parking available at the hotel?

We have a limited number of parking spaces available for residents at FBT Gym, located behind the hotel.

Important information:

  • You must provide your car registration number upon arrival
  • Failure to do so will result in your car being clamped
  • This car park is not owned or operated by the hotel, therefore we cannot arrange clamp removal
  • Parking without registering is entirely at your own risk

What are your payment and pre-authorisation policies?

All cards are pre-authorised 48 hours prior to arrival.

To avoid funds being held on a debit card for up to 10 days, we strongly recommend using a credit card or the card you intend to pay with during your stay. The hotel accepts no responsibility for funds held as a result of pre-authorisation.


What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.


Is the hotel accessible?

As we are located in a listed building:

  • Our bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible
  • We do not have an elevator
  • All accommodation is located on the first floor and above

Is there live music at the hotel?

Yes. Live music takes place in Nelly’s Bar every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

As the hotel is located in the town centre and above a bar and event space, some noise pollution may occur. Earplugs are available from reception if required — or feel free to join us in the bar and enjoy the entertainment.


What are the opening hours for Nelly’s Bar?

Nelly’s Bar is open Thursday to Sunday from 12 noon.

If you are staying Monday to Wednesday, Nelly’s Bar will be closed; however, our reception team will be happy to recommend excellent local restaurants and bars nearby.


Do the rooms have Netflix?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with Netflix.
Guests are required to log in using their own Netflix account details during their stay and remember to log out upon departure.


What is the maximum room occupancy?

Rooms may only accommodate the number of guests stated at the time of booking.
Any additional guests will incur extra charges.


What happens if there is damage to the room?

Any damage caused during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage to hotel property
  • Smoking in rooms
  • Theft of hotel property

All damages will result in a minimum charge of €200.
